We wish to inform you that from Wednesday, 25 March 2026, our operating hours after 7 p.m. will transition to unstaffed service. Consequently, our staffed operating hours will be from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Whilst we previously provided staff assistance until 9 p.m., this change is due to a review of our operational structure. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding.
Regarding use after 7 p.m.
After 7 p.m., the premises will be unstaffed until 9 p.m. Therefore, services requiring staff assistance will not be available.
Additionally, some complimentary beverages will no longer be available, though main self-service items such as coffee will remain accessible as before.
How to use the cafe after 7 p.m.
- Monthly members
- You may continue using the facility until 9 p.m. as before. Entry and exit will be via the Akerun app (autolock system).
- Drop-in customers using the e-office app
- You may use the facility until 9 p.m. via self-check-in.
- Drop-in customers not using the app
- As staff assistance ends, please use the facility and vacate the premises by 7 p.m.
Please note that using the e-office app allows access until 9 p.m. Switching to the app incurs no additional cost, so we encourage you to use it.
