One group per day, five hours minimum. Reservations must be made at least nine days in advance.

Solo shows / exhibitions / sales events
The entire space can be booked at the regular exclusive-use rates. Use 30 spotlights and the sound system to present your work. No commission is charged on sales.

Parties / classes
For year-end parties, birthdays, craft classes, training, and game tournaments. Bring your own food and drinks. Options such as coffee cost extra.

The table shows base prices only. Total = hourly rate × hours used (minimum 5 hours) + selected extra charges.
- Extra charges
- Drinks, rubbish collection, tableware, and similar items cost extra. Please check according to your group size and needs.
- Booking deadline / groups
- At least 9 days before use. One group per day.
- Cancellation
- Cancellation is free until 19:00, 8 days before the date of use. After that, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total applies.
- Setup / cleanup
- Please return moved furniture to its original position within your booked time. Discuss your delivery, setup, and removal schedule with us too.

- Facilities
- A projector, monitors, and sound system are available. There is no projection screen or whiteboard.
- Delivery / parking
- The cafe is on the ground floor. Check delivery routes and power outlet locations during a site visit. Parking availability must be checked in advance.
- Sound levels / furniture
- As we are on the ground floor of an apartment building, loud instrument performances and noise are not permitted. Some acoustic music and background music are possible. A crew member attends furniture moves, and you must restore the original layout within your booked time.
- Photography site visits
- Free, with no limit on visits. An advance appointment is required. Please discuss equipment and setup requirements too.
