Please do consider us for your birthday celebrations, wedding after-parties, or buffet receptions!

As a place for education and connection

We look forward to utilising our spacious premises as a venue for fostering connections with diverse members of the local community,
from children's craft workshops and gaming tournaments to staff training sessions.

Basic rate (per hour)

(Weekdays): ¥7,000 (tax included) per hour
(Holidays) ¥15,000 (tax included) per hour
The minimum usage time is five hours.

Option

・Coffee Plan（3,500yen1,500yen～※/1hour）：Nespresso coffee is available for unlimited consumption within the time limit.
・Cold Drinks Plan（3,000yen1,000yen～※/1hour）：Over ten types of drinks are available on an all-you-can-drink basis
・Rubbish collection（1bag/1,000yen）：Combustible waste, glass bottles, cans and PET bottles, cardboard
・Cutlery (500yen per day)：Rental of coffee cups only or rental of tableware
※Prices for 1 to 10 guests.Price for 11 to 20 guests6,000～7,000yen2,000～3,000yen

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of 100% will be charged from 8 days prior to the private hire date.
　(Example) For reservations made on 8 February
　　　Until 21:00 on 31 January: No cancellation fee
　　　　 1 February onwards: 100% cancellation fee

Important Notes

・Extensions are generally not possible. Shortening is possible, but no refund will be given for the amount paid.
・Crew are generally on-site, but can only provide minimal assistance.
・Please ensure all rubbish generated during private hire is sorted. The categories are: - Combustible waste - Glass bottles, cans and PET bottles - Cardboard Non-combustible waste will not be collected.
・You may move furniture and similar items, but our crew will be present to assist with heavy items and wiring. We request that any moved furniture be fully restored to its original position within the private hire period.
・Projectors are available for hire free of charge, but customers are responsible for setting them up.
・The facilities within the filament, such as the toilet, coat rack, stationery, and mini fridge, are generally available for your use, but please handle them with care.
・Parking space number 11 in front of our cafe is available for your use. (Please note it cannot be used on days when the food truck is present. Please use the nearby coin-operated car park instead.)
・When using the microwave or freezer, please hand these over to the crew.
・The in-store sound system may generally be used freely. (Please return it to its initial settings.)
・Snacks and food menus are not available.
・Payment is generally due upon departure on the day of the private hire, though we also accept bank transfers. In such cases, we request payment be received prior to the day of the private use.
