From 2 January 2026, we will introduce the e-app produced by e-office to provide you with an even more convenient and comfortable workspace.
Please rest assured that this change will not affect our existing service offerings or the pleasant atmosphere of our space. Existing customers will only switch to the e-app if they wish to do so; otherwise, everything will remain as it is.
1. No need to pay at the reception (in-app payment)
Previously, payment at the reception was required, but from now on, automatic credit card payments can be made within the app.
Simply scan the QR code with the app upon entry and scan it again upon exit; the fee based on your usage time will be automatically settled. This eliminates the need to queue at the register, enabling smooth entry and exit.
This feature is available only to e-app users.
2. Drop-in access during unstaffed early morning hours (05:00–10:00)
To offer greater flexibility in your usage times, drop-in access via the app will now be available during the unstaffed hours from 05:00 to 10:00.
The app will function as your smart lock, allowing you to unlock and enter the premises yourself even when staff are unavailable. Security cameras monitor the premises during unstaffed hours, ensuring a safe environment for all users, including women and students.
This feature is available only to e-app users.
3. Monthly membership registration now available via the app
Registration for our monthly membership plan can now be easily completed via the app. Frequent users will find it simpler to sign up for this more economical and streamlined plan.
4. Access to over 900 locations nationwide
By introducing the e-office app, you gain access not only to cafe filament but also to the coworking spaces of e-office at over 900 locations nationwide. Find a location that suits your work style, whether travelling on business or out and about.

5. Private room reservation function
Through the app, you will be able to pre-book private rooms. Currently, private rooms are booked via reception or LINE messages, but you will soon be able to reserve them through the app.
This allows you to more easily use the space, ensuring you can secure a seat for important meetings or when you need to concentrate on work. This function is available only to e-app users.
Important: please note
While the fundamental services provided by filament remain unchanged, there is one crucial point to note. Due to the transition to the new system, existing points cannot be carried over.
The previous system will continue to be available for use even after the introduction of the new app. Should you wish to migrate to the new app, points will be exchanged for paper vouchers equivalent to their value at the till. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.

To use the service, you must download the e-app and register for a free membership.
