First Time Guide — For visitors using filament self cafe for the first time

How to Use

Arrival

3 minutes walk from Nishikasai Station. Located at 1F, 3-13-12 Nishikasai, Edogawa-ku, Tokyo. Staff are on site during regular hours (10:00–19:00).

Member Registration (First Visit Only)

On your first visit, please register as a member via LINE. A crew member will guide you through the process. The space is also accessible without a smartphone.

Choose a Seat

Please sit at any seat you like. All seats have power outlets and high-speed Wi-Fi (WPA3). If you would like a private room, please ask a crew member.

Drinks — Help Yourself

Enjoy unlimited Nespresso coffee (9 varieties) and soft drinks. A microwave is also available. You are welcome to bring your own lunch or light snacks.

Checkout & Departure

Payment is based on the time you use. We accept cash, credit cards, transit IC cards (Suica, etc.), PayPay, and major QR payment methods. Please let a crew member know when you leave.

No reservation needed for regular use.
Private rooms can be reserved up to 1 week in advance for up to 2 hours at the front desk.
